We also sell women’s active wear basics, water bottles, massage balls, mats, essential oils, oracle cards, etc.

Almost all classes are mirrored offering the same in studio as online. Cool part, students joining from home receive still receive the benefits of practicing with a live community. Simply register for online option and you will receive an email link 24 hours before the class. We will greet you and then you’re welcome to leave your screen off, or participate to your level of comfort. Join us virtually when traveling, in the middle of other demands, without access to our sweet little space, we are happy to welcome you.
