Alysa Osvog is a certified Yoga Therapist and ReWild breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience leading transformational Practices through a trauma informed lens. She offers clear guidance and compassionate support through your journey, one breath at a time, your will build a deeper connection with your innate healing power.
Alysa experienced profound healing in her first holotropic breathwork in 2014. Not only as the breather, even more as the ‘sitter’, to hold space for strangers and witness an entire room of individuals in their own transformational experience was her first taste at ‘humanity at it’s finest, truth, oneness and awe in the power of conscious breathing. While living in Bali, Alysa met Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork, an world renowned, in-depth trauma, informed approach to transformational breathing. Alysa completed the ReWild Breathwork certification, and adds her own spin, as a Yoga Therapist and Writing Coach. She skillfully creates each experience to be grounded in the body, while open to your imagination, intuition and inspiration.

Honor the wisdom in your breath and create a sanctuary for your body and mind. We begin with gentle belly breaths to relax the nervous system and anchor into support. Then guided through dynamic, high ventilation breathing to shift the chemistry in your body, induce new perspectives and release issues in the tissues, through an empowering trauma informed framework. We conclude with a grounding meditation and to integrate your experience and honor the transformative benefits of your breathwork journey. Participants often experience stress and tension relief, support in managing anxiety and depression, enhanced cognitive clarity, heightened self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and deep gratitude for the breath, and co-creation with a sacred community.

On Hallowed Eve when the veil is thin, we can easily dance between the seen and unseen. We begin establishing a cozy space with plenty of pillows, blankets, eys mask and soothing sounds. Then increase the volume of air flowing in and out with a three part high ventilation breathing to induce an new perspectives and release issues in the tissues. Through a trauma informed framework you will be safely guided through a transformational experience.
