HAUS is dedicated to support treatment center alumni, veterans and first responders with trauma informed guidance that compliments continuing care. We provide a sacred space, in-person and online for each individual to learn tools for resilience, regulation, healing and growth.

Online Writing Fall Series

Fridays 1:00 PST September 19- October 10th

Write into the wisdom of Fall, turning inward, reflecting and cozying in- just as our ancestors did for thousands of years, gathering to tell stories, shared wisdom and the art of human connection. Adapted to modern times, creating a safe, supportive community, online. Together we build an energetic web of deep gratitude for the innate power of storytelling. Through 4 weeks we will celebrate the change of seasons in nature and cyclical patterns of life. You will nurture your creative genius, build confidence on and off the page, foster trust in your own voice and feel a sense of belonging within an empowering community.

Writing Salons

We begin with a short somatic practice to ease into relaxation, where creativity comes alive. Guided from physical sensations into an internal landscape, that lands with a writing prompt. You’re welcome to write anything that flows through- no editing, no judgment, just talk to the page from that unfiltered voice we are so longing to hear. You’re invited, not forced, to share, and receive only positive feedback, based on the work. Reinforcing the fact that it is okay to be creative, imperfect, think and feel for ourselves. Building confidence on and off the page, releasing dopamine, sharpening craft skills and fortifying the cathartic power of human connection.
