You’re welcome to write anything that flows through- no editing, no judgment, just talk to the page from that unfiltered voice we are so longing to hear. You’re invited, not forced, to share, and receive only positive feedback, based on the work. Reinforcing the fact that it is okay to be creative, imperfect, think and feel for ourselves. Building confidence on and off the page, releasing dopamine, sharpening craft skills and fortifying the cathartic power of human connection. Bring your favorite pen and journal or we will provide plenty of paper pens and maybe chocolate ;)
