Like all good things, it takes a little effort, yet one breath at a time we embark on a journey to release feel good chemicals in the brain, stuck energy in the body and ease into freedom. We begin with gentle belly breaths to relax the nervous system and anchor into support. Then guided through dynamic, high ventilation breathing to induce new perspectives and release issues in the tissues, through an empowering trauma informed framework. We conclude with a grounding meditation and integration to validate your experience and honor the transformative benefits of your breathwork journey. Participants often experience stress and tension relief, support in managing anxiety and depression, enhanced cognitive clarity, heightened self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and deep gratitude for the breath, and co-creation with a sacred community.
Alysa Osvog, Certified Yoga Therapist, ReWild Trauma Informed Breathwork and Gateless Trained Writing Facilitator has led transformational experiences for over a decade, primarily in therapeutic settings in Orange County and Bali.
