Integration

Somatic Healing Arts are not meant to stay in the studio, rather weave into your everyday life. We hope to inspire your journey through the power of movement, breath and creative expression, to create quality lifestyle choices. HAUS is dedicated to support treatment center alumni and the medical community with safe instruction, trauma informed guidance and partial scholarships to assist with continuing care. We provide a sacred space, in-person and online, encouraging each individual to become their own best healer.
